Timber frame packages
A P6P ECO HOME
Clients often come to us when they have secured planning permission on their plot of land, using these plans helps us to start the design process. Our adaptable build method allows us to extract your ideas, marry them with our experience to start to put together a 3D cad designed model of what your P6P ECO home will look like. This enables the client and design team to make changes as they wish, until we reach the finished article.
A P6P ECO “stick–built” home is a wooden house constructed entirely or largely on-site, we produce the engineered and cut timber that is specific to your project, this is delivered to site, we then erect the frame on site with a team of fully skilled carpenters. This system has advantages over traditional timber frame packages as it eliminates the need to hire a crane, reduces transport costs and is very unique to a specific design. Our team will be on site for a number of weeks (depending on the size of the frame) erecting the frame and delivering your airtight building. See below as to what is included.

P6P has access to an extensive range of softwood timbers. Each frame is individual and unique to the client, the timber frames are machined and manufactured from high quality kiln dried softwood. This includes engineered joists and Glulam beams, most profiles come pressure treated through, with the latest generation Tanalith E wood preservative to give a 15 year Treat-Right Performance Warranty. To help ensure a long term performance all these timbers are preservative treated as standard, although untreated timbers can also be supplied, if required.
P6P ECO homes are all bespoke – from traditional home shapes to curved leaf houses, whatever takes your fancy!
